When and how do I pay for my design portfolio?
Payment can be made by PayPal or cheque. We send you an invoice detailing the costs so that there are no hidden extras. You pay 50% at the start of the project and 50% once you have received your 'design portfolio'.
When will I receive my design portfolio?
Normally within 14 days, but you will be informed of the delivery date BEFORE any payment is received.
What if I don't like the design?
Because you have completed the customer questionnaire and discussed your design requirements before any payment is made, the design portfolio should reflect this. Minor changes will be included free of charge.
Who owns the design portfolio?
You do! You can use the design to brief local landscapers, electricians and builders to get the best quotes available in your area. You can photocopy and adapt the plans and concept boards as you like.
