Initial Consultation

Don't you hate it when web sites won't give you an idea of costs? The initial consultation to review your existing garden and go through your questionnaire is free within 10 miles of Chichester. If further afield, a fee will be agreed to cover travel and expenses.

3D layouts

We charge £60 for 3 concepts for you to 'walk through' and view from different angles. This includes revisions to these layouts to get the final version that you're happy with.

Design portfolio

Expect to pay the following for your Design Portfolio:
For small gardens up to 10 metres long and 5 metres wide: £205 - £295
For medium sized gardens up to 20 metres long and 10 metres wide: £495 - £645
For larger gardens expect to pay 10% of the total budget, excluding VAT. (Project management is included in the fee for larger gardens so you don't pay more for site visits etc.)

Building and planting

The build and planting costs will vary depending on if you wish to include bronze sculptures, dramatic lighting or just add a few raised beds. However, as a rough guide, expect to pay at least £100 per square metre as the cost for qualified electricians, skips and the legal removal of waste don't usually get covered by the TV programmes!

Project Management

We work with local landscape architects and builders to create your new garden and to ensure that your new plants are safely bedded in - and planted the right way up! For larger gardens the project management costs for this are covered in the fee, otherwise, this is charged on an hourly basis as in 'site visits' below.

Additional services

Some clients want a detailed plant list so they can order directly from online suppliers or local nurseries and garden centres. This allows you to order plants throughout the year at a time that suits you best. Or we can simply order them for you and save you the hassle.

Site visits

A few clients want additional advice and support as they develop their new garden. Site visits (after the initial free consultation) within 10 miles of Chichester are £15 per hour, within 25 miles of Chichester £30 per hour. Further afield prices on request.
